Our architect designed, garden roof cabin was built in 2020 to take in views across they valley to knocklofty. North facing the sun warms this house with the passive solar design maintaining a steady temperature. To complement this there is a wood fire for grey days and a sliding door and bifold windows for hot ones. Ply lining and exposed rafters give the house a cabin feel creating a retreat feeling. Different outdoor spaces provide great options to soak in the sun and neighbourhood.

The bake house is a unique historical building circa 1880 that has been converted into contemporary accomodation. It is part of a precinct of three buildings, all relating the same function of supporting "Watson's" Bakery in the shop facing Macquarie street (now a funky homewares shop). You get to enjoy a three bedroom house. Three bedrooms upstairs with a bathroom and toilet, living kitchen, dining and laundry downstairs. You have your own private courtyard with a picnic setting.

The Waiting Room

The apartment is situated in a 150 year old Weld Street property. The apartment itself was used during the 1900 as a waiting room for coaches heading South (hence the name!). 25 Weld Street had many uses over the years which include a boxing ring, home for a stevedore family as well as a home for a goats and possums. More recently (after years of renovations) the place has been a printmaking studio, cinema as well as a party venue for MONA owner David Walsh.
