Welcome to "The Upper Gallery Area", AKA TUGA TUGA is primarily used by Health Care Professionals coming to Chapel Hill for in-house training, literally! If you are reading this and not a HCP keep reading, you just lucked out! TUGA is part of a 6000 sq.ft, 1.5 acre secluded living area, my home when in NC. It’s +/- 1015 sq.ft. of open concept living, European style kitchen , dining area for 6, living room area with easel TV , SONOS throughout, balcony with table for 4, BBQ/grill, 1 bedroom.

This is a large beautiful second floor suite with a queen size bed that opens onto a huge veranda. The suite has a private entrance, bath and large sitting room. The home is located in historic Hayes Barton, close to downtown Raleigh and Glenwood South district. Hayes Barton is a safe, shady historic neighborhood with cafes, restaurants and breweries within walking distance. The suite includes a redesigned living area, full kitchen, both bedrooms, and a fresh bathroom with a 6ft tub.

Welcome! Our modern suite offers a cozy bed-n-bath combo with private entry from the deck. Watch Netflix on TV from the memory foam bed, store leftovers in the mini fridge, and wake up to Keurig coffee in the morning! Gigabit fiber internet and private electric air unit, too. We are located in a quiet, wooded neighborhood near the “Crossroads” of US-1 and I-40, just a short drive to anywhere in the Triangle. We look forward to hosting you! Private Sunny Suite- Walk to Downtown

Private entrance and suite in our family home. This is the perfect home base for exploring all that Durham has to offer- walk to restaurants/bars/coffee shops/ music venues. Walk downtown, or take a short Uber or Lyft to DPAC or a Bulls game. 2 miles to Duke. We live upstairs, so you will hear us, but the space is quiet and private. We are available to answer questions or provide recommendations. We frequently hang out in the yard with family and friends- feel free to join us!

Enjoy a relaxing and cozy experience at this centrally-located basement apartment. The location is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores, greenways and bustling downtown Cary. This space is also close to the Raleigh museum of art, PNC arena, RDU airport, RTP, Koka Booth, downtown Raleigh and short drive to Durham and Chapel Hill! A perfect location to explore and relax in the triangle. The space includes a washer and dryer and access to a fenced in yard.

Come stay in our private suite on the lower level of our home! We have a great location only 9 minutes drive to UNC and easy access to I-40 gets you to RDU and the airport easily. We provide high speed internet with ethernet hookup and mesh wifi with a dedicated workstation. Large flatscreen TV includes at least 3 streaming services and our personal digital movie library through Apple TV app. Fully stocked Keurig station with coffee, tea and the morning basics!
