Beautiful traditional spacious ranch house less than a mile east of the OU campus. Easy walk to the Mont and large driveway for multiple car parking. Great place for family and friends to get away for the weekend or enjoy events on the OU campus. GREAT game day house. It is a quiet neighborhood so loud parties are not allowed. Recently updated kitchen appliances. New flooring and new carpeting in bedrooms. We keep updating as we go!

Historic house with high end furnishings in a quiet, established neighborhood. Two houses down from the Mont and a few blocks from the OU stadium, the location is exceptional and well kept inside. My yard is a work in progress. The space is inviting and fully equipped but this is not a house for loud people/parties/barking dogs. No noise after 9pm. I'll be blocking off fall 2027 weekends until the OU football schedule is released.
