Encased in a centuries old Japanese tradition of ‘Shou-Sugi Ban’ - this charred timber cladding is astonishing to look at and amazing to touch. Hidden amongst the Moonah trees, in Rye’s most tranquil green wedge, is one of the Peninsula’s most beautiful new properties. The main spacious home easily sleeps six guests, and is overlooked by the treehouse retreat that sleeps four in comfort. Strictly no parties permitted. This property is not suitable for young children.

Our three-bedroom holiday home has two indoor living/dining areas and an outdoor dining area with a BBQ and firepit located in a large backyard. Comfortably sleeping 9 people.
