The flat is in Ponitz, close to Renaissanceschloss Ponitz. You'll find a flat of three rooms in a historic mill house. You may use for 2, 3 or 4 persons. In the living room is a two-bedded gallery and if needed, we add a bed for three. Downstairs is a bed for the fourth person. Bed for smaller and smallest kids is available. The kitchen is well-equipped but there is no baking oven (only stove) and no TV (but WiFi). You'll find bathroom with shower, hairdryer and towels. Parking lot is available.

My 90 sq m apartment is located in the basement of a centrally located villa. The apartment is exclusively for your use and has direct access from the outside. It features two bedrooms (one with two single beds and the other with three), a kitchen with a sofa, TV, and dining area, and a bathroom with a shower. Free Wi-Fi is included. Free parking is available on the street 80 meters away, and a parking garage is 20 meters away.

Deutsch: (for english please use Google translate) The whole apartment is fully equipped, there is an Aldi supermarket across the street and the city center is within easy walking distance. The entrance to the city park is 20 meters away. There is a beer garden with wonderful food in the middle of the park and a famous Michelin (1) restaurant very close by.

5 min to the highway, only 20 km to Chemnitz, 60 km to Leipzig, 90 km to Dresden and yet in the middle of an oasis of nature, streams and ponds, meadows and forests, tranquility and the relaxing sound of the water. In our guest apartment in Zeitz you will find enough space for up to 4 people in a well-kept and quiet atmosphere. Ideal for weekend returnees and visitors for a few days, or even for long-term stays. The approx. 70 m² 2-room apartment is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. The cleaning fee includes €5 each for bed linens and towels for a week.

Unser Apartment liegt im EG eines Dreifamilienhauses am Stadtpark von Meerane. Es wurde komplett saniert, ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Die Wohnung wird allein genutzt. Innerhalb der Wohnung sind alle Räume barrierefrei. Wohn - und Schlafraum sind miteinander kombiniert. Die Kulturzentren sind sehr gut über die A4 zu erreichen.
