Small charming house 15 minutes to Erfurt.

The small house is located on the county road between Neudietendorf and Erfurt. The interior is new and has been designed with a lot of love. The furniture is made of lumber and exudes a special charm. Bedroom & bathroom face south, living room with French balcony to the north. The entire house is heated with a pellet stove in the kitchen (host takes care of daily maintenance by arrangement). Arrival (e.g. for business travelers) is possible at any time of the day by arrangement.

The apartment is located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2 people (baby bed available). The bathroom is equipped with a large shower, infrared cabin, underfloor heating, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen. The high ceilings and large windows create a great sense of space, which is underlined by modern LED lamps. Dim the rooms or adjust their light temperature as desired. A coffee maker and a SodaStream are available for you.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Modern, bright apartment in Erfurt Süd close to the EGA BUGA and Messe Erfurt within walking distance. The apartment has a living room, bedroom with balcony, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet. Free Wi-Fi is available and free parking is right in front of the house. The apartment is very quiet with views of the countryside. By car, you can reach the old town in 5 minutes and by bus in 10 minutes.
