The Pool House is a contemporary spacious, private, hideaway, perfect for a romantic getaway or just a stay to explore the surrounding area. Styled with a shabby chic vibe. THE SPACE IS ONLY SUITABLE FOR 2 ADULTS & 2 CHILDREN AGE 12 AND UNDER A HOT TUB SPA AVAILABLE ALL YEAR ROUND. If I have late availability, I will reduce the rate a week before. This unique apartment is tucked away amongst the trees of the Woburn Forest. Situated in the green and leafy Aspley Heath you will hear the sounds of the countryside and have views to enjoy. This is a perfect place for those who love to get away from busy life and those who enjoy a walk in the woods and fields - but with a village close by for essentials. Beautiful garden to relax in. Free on-street parking. Local pubs and village shop within walking distance. 4 miles from Leighton Buzzard, 11 miles from Aylesbury and 13 miles from Milton Keynes. Fast train connections into London Euston from Leighton Buzzard (fast train 27 minutes!). Close to M1, Luton Airport just 23 miles away.

Private cosy canal-side Annexe with own front door. The king-size bedroom has a good sized en-suite shower room, which includes fresh towels, hair dryer and an iron. There is a separate open-plan lounge/kitchen, which is fully equipped including a dishwasher. The lounge has a comfortable, electric feet-up lay back sofa, with a Smart TV. We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.

A self-contained, one bedroom apartment which was converted from stables around 10 years ago. It is around 550 sqft and has a large double bedroom with vaulted ceiling, a comfortable open plan living room with fully equipped kitchen and a limestone shower room. And of course, it has a stable door! Located in the middle of a small village which is approximately 15 mins drive from Milton Keynes and Leighton Buzzard where fast trains to London take just 30 minutes.
