We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

Enjoy your stay in our bright and friendly apartment in the basement. The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest in a quiet street with single-family houses. Shops are 500 m away and the highway connections (A2 & A31) are 800 m away. The cities of Essen (city center 14 km), Oberhausen (CentrO, 7 km), as well as the ski hall (Alpincenter, 7 km) and the Movie Park (12 km) can be reached quickly by car. We rent a separate, approx. 60 m² loft apartment / house with private entrance in the annex of our over 100-year-old house to guests who want to stay "differently"! The apartment is self-sufficient + separate from the main house. A private terrace or a private garden area belong to the apartment. Around the house are forests and fields, here you can walk or cycle on the Roman Lippe Route. The Ruhr area (Duisburg, Essen) is close. Supermarket, pizzeria + pharmacy are on site.

On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

Our apartment is a small, attached cottage with terrace and garden. It is located in a quiet residential area in the center of Raesfeld-Erle, a 360-soul village on the edge of the Ruhr area. Here you combine Münsterland flair with everything that the big metropolises offer. In Erle stands the oldest oak in Germany. A chestnut avenue, the rustic schnapps distillery and the old windmill also invite you to cycle and walk on numerous hiking routes.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!
