The apartment is located at' Molino Stucky, an historical building beautifully restored in 2005, where also lies the HILTON HOTEL. The apartment is 700sf (65sm) and 'consists of a large bright living room with sofa bed, chase lounge, 40"plasma TV with DVD/MP3 player with sound bar, a safe, Internet WiFi and a very well equipped kitchen, 2 full size bathrooms with all the comforts. The housing is overlooking the canal and lying in bed one can see, on Sunday, the big cruise ships, but without suffering any noise. The apt is on the 5th floor, in result of which there is plenty of light. The bed linen and towels are provided. The proximity to the Hilton Hotel gives you different possibilities within: a very good restaurant called AROMI and a great SPA with GYM. Moreover, from the top floor of the Hilton, as well as the stunning views of the canal, one can enjoy a "bellini"cocktail from the renown SKYLINE BAR which is accessible to non-guest of the hotel, and boast various events depending the season. In addition, about 300 m. from the apt. resides the famous HARRY'S BAR. "The discovery of delicious restaurants on "Foundations"(Venetian name that indicates the way), will be very exciting. I can recommend few, less obvious and superior, always in the same island, reachable by foot through street and bridges, within 10min . We are in San Marco, the central area of Venice old town, but off the most touristic beaten path. In spring and summer, you will be accompanied by the sound of the swallows and a fountain that will offer fresh and drinkable water. In autumn and winter, you will find a quiet, cosy and comfortable place. Ideal for a single traveller or a couple. Children are welcome!

This apartment looks like an English cottage is in the middle of the historic center but sheltered from the crowd: the previous owners were two English University professors who loved Venice and came here to write. When we saw it it seemed simply perfect for just 3 nights or a longer stay: the kitchen is equipped with everything, the living area is comfortable and with a real fireplace, the bedroom is very large and the large bathroom is perfect for relaxing at the end of the day!

CASA ALICE Casa Alice, named after our daughter Alice Bianca, is a wonderful two-bedroom apartment near Zattere and the Giudecca Canal. You can feel like a Venetian and spend a few days in a quiet neighborhood, yet be minutes from some of our favorite spots in Venice. The bright, third floor apartment has two bathrooms and plenty of closet space, as well as a full kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, a Nespresso coffee maker and a selection of our favorite teas.

Spacious and bright and airy apartment on the second floor of an ancient Venetian palace, the stairs are comfortable to do. It is accessed through a private garden. All rooms and the deck are very spacious and spacious. The street and the apartment are very quiet, despite being in a very central area. The ceilings are adorned with Venetian stucco, the dining room and living room are separated by an ornate arch, and they have garden windows away from other houses.
