Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

A beautiful 30 m2 studio totally independent of the neighboring property. With a pool shared with the owner. The studio has a fully equipped kitchen area, dining and living area, and a nice sleeping area with a 160 cm bed. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and walk-in shower. A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people.
