My place is ideal for families and friends who want to break away from a hectic life. The house is located 3 km away from the Baltic Sea and offers a fully equipped kitchen (even a bread-making machine!), spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sauna and ca. 2000 sqm garden with a large fire pit, deck chairs and a gas grill. The surroundings are peaceful and the view of nearby church in the village is just amazing. This is a place for people who want to celebrate their free time with their loved ones.

Relax and recover in the entire spacious touched cottage, true nature Paradise. The owner speaking English, Polish and Russian will advise and help with any issue You may have, advising how to spend your time the best possible way. The unique Viking village, a golf club, sea side, lakes, hunting areas, cycling tracks, islet fishing in a range of a couple of minutes. Well behaved dogs are very welcome. Friendly female German Shepherd on the premises and we welcome all dog owners.

A wooden terrace extends from the house, furnished with six adjustable lounge chairs and a dining table set for eight. A vibrant pink flower pot adds color to the green lawn, while trees form a backdrop under a clear blue sky.

200 qm großes Ferienhaus, gebaut 2024 auf einem 1000 qm großen Grundstück. 1,3 km zu Fuß durch den Wald des Nationalparks Wollin zum Strand. Schlafhaus: 5 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, 1 WC. Wohnhaus: Großer Wohnbereich, Lehmofen, Sauna, Esstisch, Kücheninsel sowie Terrasse und Garten. Der Ort erinnert an die Ostsee, wie wir sie auf Usedom von früher kennen: Hoher Buchenwald, wenig Menschen, keine Autos in der Nähe des Strandes – und die Ostsee ohne Promenade und Spektakel.
