Our four apartments (two smaller ones on the ground floor and two larger ones on the first floor) have been lovingly and carefully restored using natural materials in a heritage-friendly manner. Each apartment has its own charm – a mix of old building elements, antique furniture, and modern comfort. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, with the three largest also featuring a cozy wood stove. Schwerin villa with garden

From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Old manor stable by the lake, 6 guests, sauna, fireplace, boats

The apartment is located 30 m from the lake in the 200-year-old horse stable of the manor house. It was expanded in 2018 with a lot of clay and love. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, free private sauna, large kitchen with fireplace and a terrace with beautiful views of the lake. From the jetty you can fish, swim or watch birds. There is free canoe, paddle boat, SUP, adventure playground with tree swing, fireplace, table tennis table, badminton, beach chair and sun loungers.

Apartment in Crivitz

The apartment, with a sun balcony, is very comfortably furnished. The living room contains a seating area. The bathroom is equipped with all functions. In the tub there is also a shower facility, so you can either shower or bathe. The kitchen is functional and very well equipped. In addition to a refrigerator, a stove with an oven, coffee machine and toaster are also included. Pots and pans are available in sufficient quantity and in all sizes.

Take the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun and entertainment. The 4 separate apartments - all with their own bathroom - leave enough space to retreat. At the same time, you can all cook, eat and chill in front of the fireplace in the large kitchen. There is a large sun terrace, a barbecue behind the house, a football pitch, a climbing frame and a sauna. The nearest swimming spot is a 10-minute walk, about 800 m away.

A holiday resort suitable for the whole family, friends, for work meetings or as a retreat. The Kritzower Lake (3.5 km) invites you to swim and linger. On the farm there is a sauna, many trees, a large swing, sandboxes, fireplaces, a barbecue and a large theater stage.

Peace, nature, sport, relaxation, fun - and you live right in the middle of it all!

We are happy to invite you to vacation with us in a cozy atmosphere and idyllic surroundings. Techentin is a small place in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Adjacent lakes, many fields and numerous forests characterize the picture here. The apartment has a natural garden that can be used and enjoyed. We provide 2 bikes for exploring the area. A grill is available. In the village, good home cooking is offered about 100 meters away.

Peace and idyll surround this charming apartment on a picturesque family-run farm. Away from the hustle and bustle, it offers pure relaxation, a wide view from the large terrace and a very special tranquility. Enjoy the company of chickens, sheep, a small zebu herd, Emil the cat and occasionally the absolutely friendly guest dog Brudi... while you enjoy and explore the rural atmosphere.
