Mareta loft is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. The appartment is located in the attic of the house just across the street from the beach. The appartment is new, equipped with new furniture and gadgets. There are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and the other one with single bed. In the living room there is a couch that can be also used as a bed when it "opens up". There is also a dinning table, kitchen, bathroom and a big balcony with a view on both the sea and the mountains.

The apartment is positioned in Dobrota, at a distance of about 100 meters from the sea line, forty minutes walk from the old town of Kotor along the coast, or just a few minutes by car. In the immediate vicinity there are city beaches, and along the coast there are taverns, restaurants, cafes and shops. The area in which the apartment is located is quiet and pleasant.
