Cozy little cottage on fantastic natural grounds located with good views on top of a hill up in the treetops. Located within walking distance of Ebeltoft's cobblestone streets with shops, cafes and restaurants (1 km) as well as right up to the forest, golf course and mountain bike trails. There are several different beaches that can be easily reached either on foot, by bike or by car. The house has been recently renovated and has a wood-burning stove in the living room as well as a fireplace and barbecue in the garden. The sun can be enjoyed from several wooden terraces with plenty of shelter.

This 80 m2 beautiful apartment is located in an oasis, in the middle of agricultural land, with rich bird and animal life. When the sun goes down, there is ample opportunity to study the night sky. Also close to Djursland's many attractions, as well as Mols Bjerge, and the many hiking trails. 3 km to basic shopping and 8 km to a larger selection. This unique home merges with Ebeltoft Vig and the beautiful wooden terrace from which you have panoramic views of Ebeltoft and Mols. Large sliding doors open up and bring nature in. The terrace has several cozy dining areas, both covered and outdoors. On warm summer evenings, you can enjoy the sunset, take an evening dip in the sea and end the day under the warm outdoor shower.

Rent our little wonderful cottage with ocean views. It is located in a quiet scenic area 250 meters from the beach. There is a large, lovely garden, with lots of small nooks. Shopping and restaurants are located in Rønde about 2.5 km away. We use the house ourselves for everyday life, so there is a nicely equipped kitchen with various basic goods.
