Farm community in old mill

Stay in the middle of a farm community in an old mill and enjoy the idyll and nature that surrounds us. There is a lot to discover on a tour: the old mill and fortifications, fields for growing vegetables, our small summer mill café (open on Sundays) and, last but not least, our flock of chickens. The accommodation can accommodate 8 people plus 2 small children and can be combined with additional vacation accommodations/guest rooms if needed (see listing "Relax and Enjoy")

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

KE-Tiny Siedlung with sauna, Haus Paulchen

This great accommodation is located on a beautifully landscaped and fenced property, in the middle of Oerlenbach but very quiet. Our accommodations are great for families or groups of several people. In the house Paulchen and Charlie each up to 4 people. The tiny houses are beautifully decorated with a lot of attention to detail. Each of the houses has 2 double beds and the Buddy house has a sofa bed which is very comfortable.

Quiet, cozy new apartment perfectly located!

The barrier-free apartment (60 m²) with balcony is perfectly located between the old town and the highway/industrial area. The entire residential complex was only completed in April 2020 and has a small playground in the courtyard. The bright and friendly apartment is very cozily furnished, so you can feel immediately comfortable. Many shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity, and the city center is a 5-minute walk.

Green rooms

Our cozy apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and is ideal for a relaxing break with friends or family. A special highlight is the whirlpool bathtub, which invites you to relax and unwind. Friendly rooms and a pleasant atmosphere ensure relaxing holidays. Dogs are very welcome, please register your four-legged friend in advance so that we can prepare everything optimally for you.

Bundorf Castle Mill

Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

"Rothhäuser Mühle" (Bavaria, Lower Franconia)

The property "Rothhäuser Mühle" consists of two adjoining cottages: The large "main house" for up to 11 people and the smaller "basket house" for 4 people. Due to the spacious and open design of the living-dining area and the high-quality equipped kitchen, the house is also ideal for family gatherings. By the way, there is a very good party service in the neighboring village.
