The Studio is in a quiet, convenient location near the bustling Farnham town centre, with its restaurants, coffee shops, castle and Maltings arts centre. It has self check-in, its own entrance, high speed broadband and is furnished to a high standard. It has off street parking and a small patio for guests with a table and chairs. Breakfast is provided and left for guests in the Studio. Farnham, 'world craft town' is a short train journey from London. There is good walking and many country pubs.

A recently created annexe accessed from the private driveway of our adjoining home. Accommodation includes King Sized Bed, Hanging space, Small drawer, Mirror, TV, Large bathroom with shower, toilet, basin & mirror. Tea & coffee making facilities including kettle, and a small fridge. Linen & Towels provided. Parking on drive, Pubs close by serving food, also a local cafeteria (serving breakfast) a small Sainsburys and Coop within walking distance. Close to Fleet, Farnborough , Farnham & M3/M4

Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Main room on 1st floor (25ft x 15 ft) has double bed, sofa, 55 inch curved TV, breakfast bar, 2 stools, large (8ftx4ft) snooker table (removable tabletop) and gorgeous elevated garden views. Kitchenette on ground floor with sink, fridge, freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle & Nespresso coffee machine. (No hob or oven). Luxury shower room with sink, mirror & large rain shower & u/floor heating. Parking available. Use of shared terrace.

Cosy Motorhome in Surrey

Ever wondered what it’s like to sleep in a motorhome? Come & stay with us and experience it first hand. Our lovely motorhome sits on our drive next to our small semi detached cottage. The road is urban but only a short walk to the Basingstoke Canal. The main bed is large enough for two adults & the table folds to a small bed which is suitable for 1 adult/2 small children. TV/DVD. Peaceful stylish flexible annexe with office space

A self contained annexe with a large double bedroom (25sqm) including a sofa and tv, a modern bathroom with rainfall shower, a kitchen area with kettle, fridge and microwave, and a separate office with monitor. One parking space available on our drive. Beautiful lawned garden area with table and chairs, not overlooked by the rest of our property. The annexe is attached to the main house where we live by a sliding partition door which will be locked.

A Bolthole in The Bourne - a new detached annex

Detached and self contained studio with private access and lots of parking. The Bolthole is set in a beautiful quiet location, near to very lovely Bourne Woods and walking distance to two renowned local pubs; The Spotted Cow and The Fox. A prefect hideaway to relax with lots of fab walks on our doorstep and the Georgian town of Farnham with all its amenities is just a 20 minute walk . The train station is a 20 min walk with direct trains to Waterloo.

One Bed Country Hideaway in AONB

Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we DISINFECT the Annex after every stay. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport restaurants and towns by car. Not suitable for on road cycling. A car is essential.
