Everywhere, attention has been paid to good quality and loving details. Nuremberg, Rothenburg ob der Tauber, Bamberg, Würzburg, the Steigerwald, Franconian Switzerland,... are within easy reach. Vacation in a lovingly and comfortably furnished cottage. The Karpfenland has a lot to offer: a great cycling network right outside the front door, many excursion possibilities, sights and shopping opportunities in the surrounding cities. Hiking trips to Franconian Switzerland are also popular. The metropolises of Erlangen, Bamberg and Nuremberg can be reached in 20-30 minutes. In our pretty garden house with private access and terrace, you can make yourself comfortable.

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

A well-lit hallway features light wooden flooring and white walls. A mirror is mounted on one side, while a coat rack and small shelf are positioned on the opposite wall. The space reflects a clean and organized environment, providing a welcoming entry point.

We have placed special emphasis on high-quality & comprehensive furnishings. The cottage is rural and idyllic in a former vacation resort and offers a lot of privacy.
