Privacy and hospitality are key words for us. You will have a light living room, a complete kitchen and bathroom, a bedroom, two more beds in a small loft, a veranda and a small yard. Zeddam, monumental enjoyment in luxury apartment.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2, there is plenty of room for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

A spacious terrace is visible through large glass doors, featuring outdoor seating with cushions. Lush greenery and decorative plants surround a well-maintained garden area, enhancing the tranquil setting. A glimpse of additional patio furniture can be seen in the background.

🚴 CYCLISTS WELCOME! The cozy apartment is located on a quiet market square in the lively city center "Am Narrenbrunnen" is located. Within walking distance are the amenities of daily life. In the immediate vicinity, you can visit numerous restaurants and cafes, or enjoy a break on your own terrace. Excursions and cycling in the surrounding area are very popular. The new European cycle path connects Kleve with the oldest city in the Netherlands, Nijmegen.

Spend the night in a creative environment

The studio (45 m2) is close to public transportation (NS) and the village center. You will love the place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden (5000m2) and the creative look. It is a good base for Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg/'s Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). More studios are available for rent on site as well as the studio. The space is best suited for single people.
