A light and bright private room with double bed and shared bathroom. The room has a balcony with sea view where you can seat and enjoy a drink. Barbecue facilities, tea, coffee and cold drinks. There is a fridge for guests' sole use. Smokers welcome outside. We have 2 dogs and 2 cats so animal lovers are more than welcome. WANT TO BRING YOUR DOG? Our accommodation comprises a new fully self contained upper floor apartment sleeping 2/3 adults. A Velux Cabrio balcony overlooks our garden. Diana and Jim are on hand to give you local advice.

Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

New Forest reach Holiday House

On the edge of the New Forest, our fresh & comfortable guest house is the perfect location. It's a gentle 10 minute walk to the village where you will find a pub, quality cafe. The village of Hythe is nearby, 10 minutes to drive to picturesque Beaulieu and the Beaulieu Motor museum, bus and ferry services to Southampton. Calshot/Lepe beaches are only 5/6 miles away. The Warsash Annex

The unit is a completely self-contained extension of the existing property. It is has been recently built to a high specification, including a very comfy bed. It is located in the heart of Warsash village, walking distance from all amenities. It is ideally suited for a very comfortable, short stay. Wifi is included as are all utility bills. There is a lot of storage space and a private entrance from the driveway where there is space for 1 car to park.

A ground floor flat on the East side of the New Forest. Ideal for singles/ couples who want to explore what the local area has to offer which is the New Forest National Park and coast line. *1/3 the property has a flat roof so you can hear the rain. If you are a light sleeper maybe bring ear plugs. Water tank heats overnight, so not unlimited hot water. Local attractions include; Beaulieu motor museum Bucklers Hard Calshot/ Lepe Exbury gardens

My flat is right in the centre of town, close to parks, art, culture, restaurants, the train station and public transport, city centre and shops. The flat has great views, location and ambiance. My place is good for solo adventurers and business travellers. This bedroom has a single bed, small wardrobe, desk, chair, lamp and clothes rail, as well as tea, coffee, kettle and fresh water.
