The Barn is a unique old stone barn but modern, with an open plan sitting/kitchen/ eating area with cathedral ceiling and a long narrow window overlooking the Salt Lake to one side, a small window looking down to the sea on the other. There are two bedrooms and a wet room style bathroom (no bathtub) but plenty of hot water and underfloor heating. It is wonderfully quiet, a real retreat for those who just want to escape. It's located close to many beautiful beaches, in one of the most scenic spots along the Wild Atlantic Way in Connemara. The views from the cottage are simply breathtaking.

120 years old restored cottage situated in a scenic and secluded area. It is surrounded by lakes and mountains and an ideal base for a fishing and touring holiday in Galway, Connemara and Mayo. a wonderful location, for hill walking ,outdoor pursuit's, angling, water sports ,nature. Heating and electricity is included, and an inital complementary bag of firewood is supplied for the stove.
