Situated just off the A30 and 10 minutes from Exeter Airport. If you would like to travel to our local historic city of Exeter, There are train stations in our local villages of Whimple & Feniton both of which have parking. Approximately 20 minute drive from the picturesque beaches along the Jurassic coast.

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

Lynton and Lynmouth is known nationally as 'little Switzerland' and from the hut you can see Wales. We're also just a few minutes from the famous South West Coastal path.

Vegetables home grown and available through summer months, pick your own raspberries June/ July. With have breathtaking views, dark skies, endless walks and bike tracks right on the doorstep. I spent 19 months in a shed making this from scratch, and it has my heart. It's designed to meld the security of home with the whims of the wild. There's a bus windscreen above the bed for star/cloud gazing, your own private woodland clearing, a woodburner, and all you need for good dining. It's totally secluded, you won't see anyone or visa versa. Now featuring a hot outdoor shower among the trees, running hot water inside, and Wi-Fi for the WFH crew.
