Hicks' Hut in its own private wildflower meadow!

A beautiful and secluded off-grid shepherd's hut situated in a lovely wildflower meadow and sited below our 350 million year old cave! The shepherd's hut has a wood burner for cosy warmth and is a great way to have a romantic fire lit evening! The hut has its own en-suite shower and loo. During spring and summer the beautiful blooms of wildflowers attract lots colourful butterflies and pollinating insects. The hum of the wild life and the gentle trickle of the stream creates a relaxing stay.

A private terrace features a small table surrounded by two wicker chairs with cushions. A flowering plant is centered on the table, with views of rolling green hills and distant fields in the background, under a partly cloudy sky.

Access to the Monsal Trail is just a 10 minutes walk away, and the villages of Litton and Tideswell are also easily accessible by foot.
