The shared courtyard is available to enjoy for your morning coffee/evening tipple etc. We live on the premises so should you need anything we are here to help. We are friendly and sociable but tend to leave our guests to their own devices. Dartmouth is a busy, history-filled place with much to offer. That includes great restaurants, chic art galleries, cosy pubs, and fun pop-up bars, together with a great community spirit. It's also famed for its Naval College and unique architecture. An easy ten minute walk from the studio takes you to the embankment where you can hop on a bus to Totnes for lunch and a fantastic shopping experience. Kingsbridge, a pretty riverside fishing town. The city of Exeter , Devons beautiful county town. and not forgetting Plymouth where you can visit the National Marine Aquarium, or walk along the historic Hoe where Sir Francis Drake once played bowls. You really dont need your car once you arrive here in Dartmouth, the bus even takes you to the stunning Blackpool Sands beach. The list of things to do and see is endless. Nearly all our visitors wish they had stayed longer.

With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Pippins is a 6 minute walk into town, situated in a peaceful 'no-through' road. The property has its own private entrance, terrace with sea views and parking. The raised terrace has a bistro table and chairs plus BBQ. There is large bedroom, super comfy king sized bed, ensuite (with a powerful shower), table and chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster, milk frother and kettle. N.B. No actual Kitchen. Steep steps/drive therefore we do not recommend this for infirm and very young children

Welcome to our lovely house in Wellswood, Torquay. Set in a conservation area, amongst leafy walkways and quiet streets. We have a spacious, comfortable guest suite (2 rooms and ensuite shower room) with its own entrance and free parking.. It is well located, only a fifteen minute walk from the harbour / town centre and the nearest beach (Meadfoot). It is partly uphill on way back. please note the guest suite does not have a kitchen. There is a kettle, toaster and microwave.
