For your sports equipment, we have a lockable bike and ski storage room with a heated shoe cabinet and a lockable ski cabinet. Please note that the accommodation is not for children or pets. No intricacies await you in this quiet place in the middle of the action. Cozy 1+kk in a historic apartment building by the church offers a quiet accommodation overlooking the church of St. Lawrence with windows facing the garden. Equipped kitchenette with single-burner stove, microwave, kettle, basic utensils and food. Bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine and basic amenities. The room has a spacious bed with bedding, a desk and many printed materials with information about the place and the surroundings.

One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 11/2025.
