Cozy, updated condo located steps from the Sunriver Village. Walk out the front door and you'll find fresh coffee, pastries, beer, groceries, ice skating or mini golf (depending on the season), and everything else the village has to offer! The walking/bike trail is behind the home, which leads you all around Sunriver, including to lodge, Nature Center, Fort Rock Park, Stables, Marina, or SHARC (a pool/hot tub), which is also only a 2 minute drive. As of June 2025 we also have new AC and heat!

- This unique and friendly spot boasts a convenient location to Central Oregon's famous outdoor activities. The space is only a 26 minute drive to Mt. Bachelor, the beginning of the scenic Cascade Lakes Highway, and a short walk to The Village at Sunriver. Community pool, hot tub, and laundry are on site and accessible. Wifi and Netflix logins are provided to all guests. The hot tub is open year round. The pool typically opens on Memorial Day weekend snd typically closes sometime in September.

In this newly remodeled cottage, and you’ll feel completely immersed in nature with a huge picture window and a patio with unbelievable river views. You’ll have a king bed, a little kitchenette, a bathroom and access to our on-site indoor heated pool and hot tub! Queen murphey bed with comfortable mattress is the main bed option in living room. Other bed is a bunk bed with full size on bottom and twin size on top. It is in a tiny room with no windows. Awkward and weird but I wanted to maximize bed options for my family and guests, door closes to the little room. Heads up, design of bunk is short but great for couples or kids. I am 5’10 and sleep comfortably.
