The property features 2 docks (May 1st - Oct. 1st), two decks and amenities needed to enjoy your couples or family stay. The home has a master bedroom, two additional twin beds, and a pull out couch.

As you walk into the property, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a large flat-screen TV, perfect for cozying up after a long day of outdoor activities. The property has a private deck complete with a fire pit where you can gather around in the evenings while enjoying the starry night sky. Relax in our private indoor hot tub, available for use year-round. The south end of the lake has an adorable general store that offers a variety of goods and activities.

Clean pristine lake. 1 of top 2 highest NY reservoirs feeders for Erie Canal. Nicer quality dock with ladder. Floaties, kickboards, noodles. 2 nice kayaks-2 person & 1 person sit on top type, canoe. Bocce set, horseshoes. Some random jackets there. For safety bring yours. NOTE-NO DECK TABLE pictured anymore. Bring your toys! Boats etc.

Set on a peninsula, this home has a lot of fun features, including a full lawn, screened in wrap around porch facing the water, outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, and seasonal private dock and boat slip. The Boathouse Restaurant is just a walk away. The friendly DeRuyter Lake General Store you can see from the porch windows on the south end. Please provide your own sheets, blankets, and towels.
