Covered front porch, screened in side porch, gas and charcoal grill, horseshoe pit and spacious outdoor shower.

One dog under 50 lbs. $50 wknd/$100 week pet fee. No Cats allowed. Nice beach, Seaview Park and restaurants/ice cream within walking distance. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

FYI, the cottage has a second floor which is not part of the rental. The second floor will be unoccupied and locked. It is only a short walk to Inman Beach on Nantucket Sound ( under half a mile).
