Nice place on the edge of the forest and near the village!

Welcome to 'B 't Oale Spoor', in our nice place right on the edge of the Sallandse Heuvelrug in the cozy village of Hellendoorn! At the back of the garden is our guest house with private garden, living room, pantry kitchenette, bathroom/toilet, bedroom with 2 beds and sleeping loft with 2 beds above the kitchen. The city center and station are within walking distance. But we also live wonderfully free, right next to the forest and Pieterpad. 2025 completely renovated! Unfortunately, permanent residence is not allowed.

In a beautiful location in the middle of the forest is our lovely, cozy cottage, suitable for 4 to 5 people. The cottage is located on a small-scale and quiet park. The core values of the park are peace, nature and privacy. So you will find nature lovers and peace seekers here. At the park there are several amenities, such as a reception, outdoor swimming pool, tennis court and playground. It is located at the foot of the Lemeler and Archemerberg mountains and about 6 km from the cozy town of Ommen.

Sauna in the woods 'Metsä'

Our cozy bungalow is located in the middle of the woods of the Overijssel Vechtdal. The forest house has a beautiful sauna and a big (wild) garden of more than 1000 m2 where you can rest and enjoy all the flora and fauna. From the cottage you can walk, cycle and swim for hours. There are beautiful routes and you can easily jump in a canoe or enjoy a terrace in the lively Hanseatic town of Ommen. Experience it for yourself with SISU Natuurlijk: it's wonderful coming home to the fireplace here.

Cozy bakery a stone's throw from the German forests

Our completely refurbished bakery is located in one of the quietest places in the Netherlands. From the yard, walk into the endless German forests or explore the area by bicycle. Beautiful places such as Ootmarsum, Hardenberg and Gramsbergen are close by, but there is also plenty to see across the border. The kitchen is fully furnished and the private terrace has a comfortable seating area, barbecue, sunbeds and parasol. A luxury breakfast is available on request for €20 per person.

Een tiny-house in een voormalige bierbrouwerij. Gelegen op een kaasboerderij op het landgoed Twickel. Dit kleine huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien, inclusief een volledig uitgeruste keuken. TV en WIFI aanwezig. Ontbijt mogelijk na contact. Het huisje heeft een eigen terras met een omheinde tuin waar je in de rust en stilte kunt genieten van het mooie vrije uitzicht over de weilanden. Ook is er een cobb bbq aanwezig om bij mooi weer buiten een lekkere maaltijd te bereiden.

In this area you can walk and cycle, such as "het Reestdal" and "het Staphorsterbos". In the area there are entrepreneurs who sell local products at home. The places Balkbrug and Nieuwleusen are 5 km away with basic facilities. Larger places nearby are Zwolle, Meppel, Dalfsen and Ommen.

Nature lovers pay attention! Relax in our holiday home, beautifully located in the middle of nature. The cottage has two cozy bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with bunk bed. The spacious bathroom is full of comforts and the kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine) is fully equipped. The beautiful location of our holiday home offers an abundance of peace and space. Relax on the spacious terrace and enjoy the surroundings all around you.

Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits.

In a unique location near the city center of Emmen is apartment "De Uil". The luxury apartment is equipped with every comfort, it is spacious and bright. You have a private shed for your bikes. As of April 2024, we have a large balcony with a beautiful view over the pond. There is also a picnic bench on the ground floor. Do you have an electric car? No problem. Beautiful farmhouse from 1576 in the Vechtdal!

In the middle of the beautiful Vechtdal Overijssel, you will find our beautifully restored farmhouse from 1576. The farm is a national monument and located on an old farmyard of over 20,000 m2. Organic vegetables and fruit are grown in the yard. There are horses, sheep, chickens, dogs and cats and many more wildlife. In short: a place for people and children who want to embrace the real outdoors and discover the beautiful area!
