ONE bedroom condo-tel right on the beach! Has a king bed in the bedroom and a queen size convertible sofa in living room. Units are privately owned and run by an HOA. We have made many improvements to this prime location over the past few years. Our building is smack dab in the center of everything. You will not be disappointed! Queen and a twin bed that opens to king, stocked with beach gear. We offer beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and more for 2. On the beach with city view. Max 4, no pets. No smokers. Light cooking only. No children under 10. WARNING: Resort’s garage and sea wall are not operational Access to beach is adjacent to resort on North side, right next to our beautiful BEACH FRONT POOL! Parking lot is on the South side. We are N Daytona Beach, almost Ormond Beach.

Cozy condo on the beach

Daytona has been hit by hurricanes. The amenities on the resort are all closed. Therefore the pools, gym, tiki bar and restaurant are closed. We have adjusted the prices accordingly. The studio faces west and has a sunset city view. One queen bed and a full sleeper sofa bed. Clean and stocked with beach toys, chairs, umbrella and lots more! Very close to multiple restaurants and bars. This is a non-smoking resort, strictly enforced with a $250 fine.
