The unit is located in an award winning community with 3 pools, fitness center, tennis courts, shuffleboard, racquetball and walking trails.

Our condo is directly on the ocean with a great view from the 2nd floor. The building was completely refurbished in 2021. Amenities include a heated pool, grilling area, covered parking and a beachfront deck with picnic tables and lounge chairs. Restaurants are within walking distance or just a short drive away. There is plenty to do in Ponce Inlet from climbing Florida's tallest working lighthouse, visiting the lighthouse museum, the marine science center, fishing, surfing or just relaxing.

A wrap-around balcony offers expansive views of the sandy beach and rolling waves of the Atlantic Ocean. The horizon features a clear blue sky, enhancing the serene coastal setting. Lush greenery borders the balcony, providing a sense of privacy.
