There are many places in the immediate vicinity to spot wildlife such as (red) deer or wild boar. This place is the start of various hiking and cycling/mountain biking routes. You can reach Arnhem or Apeldoorn in 15 minutes. The house was furnished with a new kitchen with dishwasher and interior in early 2021. Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. The lodge, with its large private garden and unobstructed views, is completely separated from the farmhouse by a fence and is accessible only to you as a guest. From the Finnish barrel sauna on the adjacent terrace, you look out over the picturesque city meadows. A delicious breakfast is available upon request.

We, Menno and Lian, are happy to welcome guests to our national monument villa Daalhuis in Velp near Arnhem. BREAKFAST Breakfast is not included. The LIDL and AH are right around the corner. However, if desired, we serve breakfast for you in the room or in one of the cozy en-suite dining rooms on the ground floor. We'll settle this on the spot. Per breakfast, per person €17.50 GARDEN Our guests are allowed to use our large garden.

The World Chamber

The world room is inspired by the owner's international business trips. The room has a bathroom with toilet, a spacious double box spring bed and a kitchenette with microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The edge of the forest of the Deelerwoud is just a stone's throw away. From your terrace, you can look out over a lush goat meadow. The entrance to Park De Hoge Veluwe is less than 1 km away.
