This loft apartment is located in the heart of downtown Decorah. Dixie's Biergarten and Pulpit Rock Breweries are less than a 1/2 mile walk. Coffee shops, excellent shopping, great restaurants, and beautiful walking/biking trails are only blocks away. The apartment is freshly renovated. The building's original hardwood floors were restored before a new kitchen and bathroom were installed. The sofa includes a queen pullout (bedding provided). The kitchen and bathroom contain all essentials.

This Scandinavian modern renovation was completed in August 2018. After hosting an Airbnb for 3 years, this project brought a fantastic location and the ability to create three units. The new kitchenette includes an induction cooktop with a full-size refrigerator, a full-size oven, a dishwasher, and a fully tiled bathroom. The queen bed is built on a 30" platform.
