Zeer ruime vakantiewoning en rustig gelegen tussen de bollenvelden. Geniet van alle rust in Breezand met naast de vakantiewoning een privé tuin. Op dit moment is de woning van binnen volledig gerenoveerd, buitenom de woning word deze zomer gerealiseerd. Op korte afstand van supermarkt en winkels in Breezand. In het naastgelegen dorp Anna Paulowna vind u meer aanbod. Op fietsafstand bevinden zich meerdere strandslagen. En ook een dagje Den Helder of Texel is vanuit Breezand prima te plannen.

Rust en ruimte in Barsingerhorn, Noord-Holland.

Zonder trappen en drempels. Centraal gelegen in een buurtschap in Hollands Kroon. Zeer complete studio. Met terras. Omgeven door oud Hollands landschap met fraaie dorpen en 3! kusten op 15 km. Steden als Alkmaar en Enkhuizen liggen vlakbij, maar ook Amsterdam is niet ver weg. Wat dacht u van een dagje vogeleiland Texel?! Schagen met al zijn horeca en winkels ligt op 5 km. Noord Holland Pad en fietsknooppunt zijn om de hoek. Golfbaan Molenslag op 250 meter! U bent van harte welkom.

Tussen dijk en zee

Tussen Westfriesche omringdijk en Zee ligt het kleine landelijke dorpje Burgerbrug. Achterin de schuur ligt een knus appartementje waar je heerlijk tot rust kan komen. De omgeving is prachtig. Er is geen ontbijt service. Wel zijn er een koelkast, combimagnetron en 2 pit inductiekookplaat aanwezig. Tv op de slaapkamer is alleen voor streamen. Eigen douche en toilet. De tuin en overkapping van de gastvrouw mag u gebruiken tijdens uw verblijf. Zie de foto’s voor een compleet overzicht.

Veel ruimte in het zit en eetgedeelte waar je vanuit de keuken de tuin in kijkt. Onder de veranda kan je genieten van het uitzicht op de watertoren van Wieringerwaard. Het is een gastenverblijf met eigen ingang aan de woning van de eigenaren vast. Met een open trap naar een riante slaapkamer met aangrenzende badkamer en een aparte toilet op de verdieping. Insectenhorren op de dakramen. In overleg met de eigenaren gebruik van de riante tuin 1200m2 met vrij uitzicht.

This luxurious holiday residence is in a beautiful location, 50 m from a large supermarket with an extensive range and 75 meters away from the lively center with many nice restaurants. The entrance to the beach is also located in the center. One dune over and you are there. The studio is rented without bed and bath linen, if you wish this can be rented additionally. Price bed linen € 10.- p.p., towel package € 5.-p.p. The tourist tax is also charged.

Perfecte plek om te kunnen fietsen en wandelen. Uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes naar strand, dierentuin, boot naar Texel, Schagen, Den Helder en Alkmaar. Wij hebben 2 huisjes beschikbaar als Aibnb. Bij De Stolp 2 is het linker huisje van de 2 (zie foto’s).
