At the moment, the house has been completely renovated inside, and the outside of the house will be completed this summer. A short distance from supermarket and shops in Breezand. In the adjacent village of Anna Paulowna, you will find more to offer. Within cycling distance, there are several beaches. And a day in Den Helder or Texel can also be easily planned from Breezand.

There is no breakfast service. However, there is a fridge, combi microwave and 2-burner induction cooktop. TV in the bedroom is for streaming only. Private shower and toilet. An excellent base for a lovely walk or bike ride, for example through the flowering bulb fields or to the beach. The city of Schagen, with many restaurants in its historic center and train station with intercity to, for example, Amsterdam, is close by.

Cozy apartment renovated in 2025 in a monumental building from 1641. This cozy, charming apartment is within walking distance of the beach, dunes, restaurants and supermarket. Private entrance, parking and large private terrace with spacious views over meadow and the sea dike. The apartment features a bathroom with a large bathtub. There is space available to put your own bike inside or outside at the apartment.
