3 bedroom 1.5 bath home located in Wateredge Campground. While located in the campground the home provides privacy and comfortable accommodations and a golf cart to get around easily. Just steps from beautiful Sacandaga Lake where you can enjoy swimming,boating fishing, etc. There is a marina located 1 mile from the home for boat/jet ski rentals. The home is also conveniently located 30 minutes from Saratoga as well as 30 minutes from Lake George. Everything you need for your stay is included.

Enjoy morning coffe on the front covered deck with views of the Great Sacandaga Lake. Take advantage of the kayaks on site with access to the 84' of direct waterfront across the street. Dock is also available. 30 minute drive to historic Saratoga Race Track. Pet friendly, pet fee. Water front is 84 feet wide with a 66 foot dock. Water front is shared between the two cabins.

Picturesque location on farmland with views of the mountains. We are a micro farm. Wake up and watch the sunrise and go for a short hike on the property, and get to know the animals. We are located 35 minutes from Saratoga Springs and Lake George, NY and 45 minutes from Dorset and Manchester, VT. Hike the Adirondack or Green Mountains, paddle the streams or go to a nearby small city for a play, a festival, or a concert. There is a long list of things to do and see within an hour of us!

Hello. Please write something about yourself and your group. Thank you. Our beautiful 3 Bedroom year-round home is perfectly placed on the Great Sacandaga Lake. Directly on the lake, we face south w/plenty of sun. The 50' of sandy beach and dock are perfect compliments to the crystal clear water, Escape to The Abeling. Water levels fluctuate, especially in Spring and Early Summer. There may be no beach because of high-water levels. Please remember, Sacandaga is a reservoir.

Good fishing. 20 min to river rafting or hiking in Hadley. River raft on your own for free. Hadley Mountain fire tower hike is great and kid friendly. Restaurants on lake by boat. 30 min to Great Escape, Saratoga, Lake George... I will not be there. Private.
