You walk via an external staircase to the apartment (slope location) with kitchen/dining area and hallway, from which the bathroom/toilet and the combined living/bedroom lead off. In addition to the double bed (1.60 m wide), there is a folding sofa for children or a 3rd person. New floor-to-ceiling sliding door windows, a new wooden terrace and an automatic ventilation system offer upscale standards.

The 37 m² one-room apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse in the village center of Marburg-Hermershausen and is accessible through the shared staircase. Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

Built around 1910, the house can accommodate up to 6 people and is well suited for hikers, cyclists, nature lovers and all those seeking relaxation. The apartment includes the bedroom with a large double bed, the living and sleeping area for up to four people, a large bathroom with shower & tub, as well as a kitchen with full facilities and enough space for eating together and long game evenings. In addition, a closed basement for all sports equipment and free parking.

The kitchen is fully equipped and for the morning coffee, the garden with seating directly adjacent to the forest invites you to enjoy the morning coffee. Also from the large shower, you can sometimes watch a deer in the forest. The bedroom is separated from the living and dining room by a sliding door. Through the large window front, you have a beautiful view towards the city center.

Nestled in nature, in an idyllic forest edge location with breathtaking lake views, this chalet allows you to escape everyday life. Hike in the forest or by the lake and enjoy a bike ride with our e-bikes. When it's cool, warm up in the sauna or heated pool before settling in with a glass of red wine by the fireplace. In the warm season, enjoy a swim in the pool or in the crystal clear lake (SUP/kayak are also available) before watching the stars in the evening.

Spend unforgettable holidays in the luxurious apartment located on the 1st floor of our house. The 115 m² apartment includes 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with extra bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large living-dining room and a bathroom with bathtub and a nice large shower. If necessary, you can also make single beds from the double beds. Outside there is a guest seating area and our private wellness area which can be used for a fee.

Numerous hiking trails directly from the house over forest and field to reach, as well as footpaths to Marburg. Easily accessible via public transportation. This 1290 square feet (120 sqm) living space can accommodate up to five (max. 6) persons.

The apartment is on the raised ground floor.
