From the modern well equipped kitchen to the spacious open living area this home is made for a family get away. This home offers a separate sitting room that can be a retreat or vacation office. The large master bedroom and bath with soaking tub and walk in shower shares a balcony with one of the other 2 bedrooms. Amenities, Comfort, and Beach!!!

The Getaway

This 1950 3 bedroom 2 bath island house was remodeled with a Mid Century vibe. Some of the original features have been kept for authenticity. "The Getaway" feels like you are stepping back in time. It is a wonderful place to ride bikes and you can walk across the street to launch our 2 kayaks. I love our floor plan and the fact that each of the three bedrooms are large enough for a private retreat while the open kitchen/living area is so comfortable for the whole group to be together.

An open-concept space features a large kitchen island with multiple drawers, complemented by a dining area with a round table and chair set. Natural light is invited through several windows, highlighting the vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and a ceiling fan.
