We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. Nearby are shops serving daily needs (Penny, Netto). Looking forward to seeing you soon!

Vacation home in Gelsenkirchen on a farm

The vacation home was completed in 2018. It is located on a farm in the northernmost part of Gelsenkirchen. All attractions, such as Movie Park, Zoom Adventure World, Arena Auf Schalke, Alpine Center Bottrop, Atlantis Dorsten and many more can be reached quickly. Bakers, cafes, supermarkets, pharmacies and doctors are within walking distance. Around our farm you will find grain, corn, potato fields and horse meadows where you can walk, or you can enjoy the tranquility on our terrace and relax.

A very quiet apartment in a beautiful restored mine house in the middle of the Ruhr area. 3 km to Dortmund about 10 km to Bochum, 500 m to Waltrop and 7 km to Castrop-Rauxel Old Town. 40 meters to the bus stop. 35 meters next to the house is a drinking hall. About 2 km to the Ickern market. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Parties and overnight stays by other people are expressly not permitted and will lead to the immediate termination of the rental agreement

The bathroom is equipped with a tub, separate shower, wall-mounted toilet, vanity and LED mirror. The dining area is designed for four people and is located directly next to the open kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob and oven and coffee maker. On the second level, there is fitness equipment, a workstation and a double bed with TV.

A short break in the castle community of Nordkirchen

Our little "time out" is a lovingly furnished all-in-one apartment for 2 people in the middle of the castle community of Nordkirchen. The apartment is located in the annex on the 2nd floor with separate entrance and large balcony overlooking the large garden and our horse meadow. It impresses with its cozy and natural ambience, its sustainable furnishings and the central, yet quiet location. You immediately feel at home. WiFi and garage are provided for free

Apartment Ruhrglück

The Ruhrglück apartment is located in Waltrop on the eastern edge of the Ruhr area. Due to its direct proximity to Dortmund, the small town forms the link between the Ruhr area and Münsterland. It impresses with its sights and cultural events such as the ship lift, Manufactum and the annual Waltroper Parkfest. The Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund and the Veltins Arena in Gelsenkirchen can be reached in about 30 minutes by car or public transport.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Thanks to the good connection, the city center, Westfalenhallen and the stadium can be reached in less than 20 minutes. In the center of Mengede, everything you need in everyday life is within walking distance. You don't have to bring towels and a hairdryer.

Beautiful apartment in Olfen, in the southern Münsterland. The apartment is on the first floor of our two-family house. nearby (200 m) of the nature reserve "Steveraue Olfen". Wildesel, conch horses, and stern cattle can be observed from viewing platforms in the renatured area. Furthermore, there is a good connection to the bike path network NRW, the bike path DEK Route and the 100 castles route.

The 60 m² apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house. The 25 m² roof terrace invites you to sunbathe. If you want to explore nature in other ways, you can take a walk in the nearby forest or explore the Dortmund-Ems Canal by bike. In addition to the Dortmund-Ems Canal, the Roman Route is very popular.
