we say welcome! Our beautyful Apartment is located on the seaside of a large lake called the "bodden". You only have to walk about 10 minutes to reach the baltic sea and its endless sandy beaches! Its very quiet out here, no streets, no shopping malls... perfect for relaxing and find yourself! Our apartement has 3 rooms (2 Bedrooms and 1 living room with kitchen) and 1 bath with shower. Overall you have 45 squaremeters. The kitchen is fully equiped with everything u need. also you have a SAT-TV and a stereo. Parkingspace is right round the corner. We have very good restaurants round here, everything reachable by bike! Enjoy one of the most beautieful areas from Germany with a glass of wine in your hand while watching the sun goes down... even in summer or winter! We hope to welcome you and your friends soon! Unsere kleine Reiterstube befindet sich in idyllischer Lage direkt auf unserem 200 Jahre alten Hof zwischen Ostsee und Saaler Bodden. Hier leben Katzen, Hühner, Pferde und Schafe harmonisch zusammen. Liebe Haustiere, sind ebenfalls willkommen. (10€/Nacht)Moderne Ausstattung und große Gemütlichkeit sind uns wichtig! Fühlt Euch wie zu Hause! The romantic apartment "Bugkabine" for two people is on the first floor of the old captain's house Dade. The open living area with large corner sofa, dining table and kitchenette is characterized by high ceilings and large wing windows overlooking the lime trees, the rose garden and the cobblestone of the historic salt street. The bedroom and the adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet are quietly located in the back area to the garden.

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

The manor house offers an unforgettable stay with its charming apartments and lovingly designed representative rooms. Enjoy your stay in the lovingly furnished and spacious Georg suite. The suite, named after the last landlord, has two bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room and a bathroom with shower and freestanding bathtub, all with its 85 m². From here you can let your gaze wander over the entire estate.
