House with independent entrance an outdoor terrace with a closed part, an open part. 1 Bedroom with double bed 2 bedrooms with single beds 90x190 Italian shower + WC on the ground floor and upstairs the small village of Conty is 8 km away where you can find all the necessary shops.

Charming accommodation in a large mansion, renovated in a modern and bright way, fully equipped. Parking is easy and free of charge on site. Close to the A29. A few small shops in the village (truck stop, pharmacy, bread dispenser...). Large garden, fully enclosed. Be careful, this garden is being rehabilitated in order to restore it to its former glory. However, it remains accessible under certain conditions.

It is an old outbuilding of the property dating from the end of the 19th century that we have restored in order to offer it a second life and to you dear guests: comfort and well-being. Guests can enjoy our table d'hôtes (in the evening, by reservation) and breakfast, served at the cottage table (rates on request).
