The loft is located right on Chrissi Akti Public Beach (Golden Beach), one of the best beaches close to Chania (4km, 8min), accessible also by bus. It offers an amazing view to the sea. The beach is literally in front of the building. There is free parking on the street right outside. The apartment is supplemented with a huge private veranda, where you can spend most of your time when not at the beach, and a separate room for laundry and storage. It is suitable for families with kids/babies.

A scenic balcony presents an unobstructed view of the sea, with gentle waves lapping at the shore. Two wooden armchairs flank a small table, set with colorful drinks, inviting relaxation in the sun-drenched environment.

Το κτήριο βρίσκεται στο πιο κεντρικό σημείο της πόλης με πολλές επιλογές για φαγητό και ποτό ,ανεμπόδιστη θέα στην θάλασσα την οποία μπορείτε να απολαύσετε είτε από το άνετο μπαλκόνι μας είτε χαλαρώνοντας μέσα στο άνετο τζακούζι . Η σουίτα διαθέτει κρεβάτι διάστασης 160x200 με στρώμα και μαξιλάρια αφρού μνήμης istikbal.

The house is ideally located for those who are looking for the calmness of a seaside area, but at the same time very close to the city center. It is just 200m away from the sandy beaches of Agii Apostoli and 4km from the center of Chania. In walking distance there are supermarkets, a pharmacy, a bus stop towards the city center, a taxi station, many restaurants and local shops.

With great zeal and respect to our guests, we created a pleasant accommodation space with all the necessary conveniences. The studio is fully furnished with a queen size -pocket sprigs mattress- bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and satellite TV. It’s located 100m. away from the Kalamaki beach which is awarded with a blue flag. It’s only 5 km away from the center of Chania. Nearby the apartment, our guests can find a bus stop, mini market, a pharmacy, a pizzeria, cafés and restaurants.

The Venetian Residence is the ideal spot to explore the old city of Chania but also the countryside of the region. The nearest beach is 10 min. on foot.

CASA 28 III is a freshly renovated apartment in one of the nicest neighborhoods in Chania, a breath away from the Venetian old harbour and the center and close to the beach also..! So close to the center but so quiet neighborhood with plenty free parkings around , equipment with anything you need, brand new household appliances and furniture. A modern, spacious and newly refurbished accommodation for those who seek tranquility away from the city and near the sea, but at the same time, not far away from the sights of the city center. Just 10 minutes away on foot are four beautiful, fully organized beaches, awarded with "Blue Flag" certifications every year. In addition, only 15 minutes away by car or bus is city center of Chania, with its historical "Old Town" and Venetian Harbour.

Our lovely apartment at Daratsos is next to the sandy beach of Chryssi Akti (30 meters) and 2,5 km from the center of Chania. It has sea view from the living room and from the balcony. At the district you can find delicious traditional taverns and restaurants, bus stop, mini market and big supermarkets. The apartment is ideal for families and couples looking relax and comfort.
