Welcome to this unique carriage house (90sqm). Built in 1922, it has been carefully restored and converted with high-quality materials. This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The 4 room apartment is located in the heart of Brandenburg and thus in the middle of idyllic nature as well as in the immediate vicinity of Berlin (12 min to the city centre by train) and Potsdam (Sanssouci Palace). Sit back and relax in my lovingly decorated duplex accommodation in a completely renovated house with underfloor heating. It is located in a semi-detached house on the 1st floor with its own open kitchen and a shower room. Adjacent to the house is a newly completed terrace and a large garden with lots of greenery, which is currently still being renovated. Our old 4 x 8 m pool can also be used on request, but I am explicitly excluding it from the review.
