The Tin Shed, Speyside

Nestled in the beautiful Glen Isla in the heart of Speyside, the Tin Shed is an idyllic glamping hut built in the style of the mountain bothies that pepper the hills. The Tin Shed is only a short drive to the Moray coast with its stunning beaches. Castles, great walks and over 40 whisky distilleries within 30 minutes drive. The local area is also an amazing place to watch wildlife with red squirrels, red deer, pine martens, osprey and dolphins a common sight. One well-behaved dog is welcome.

Duffus House Lodge - rural retreat

The Lodge is a traditional gate lodge located at the entrance to Duffus Estate, on the edge of the small village of Duffus. Set in from the Elgin/Duffus B road, it is surrounded by Estate woodland and open fields which are home a host of wildlife, such as our cheeky red squirrels or shy roe deer. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs and you can explore the network of paths across the Estate and beyond. Duffus is only 2 miles from the magnificent Moray coast with its unspoilt sandy beaches.

The Presbytery, Forres

The Presbytery is a private holiday home in central Forres, sitting opposite Grant park, Cluny hill and Sanqhuar woodlands. This traditional house offers comfortable accommodation for up to four adults and two children, including private garden and off road parking. The house is located five minutes from Findhorn Bay and the beautiful Moray Coast beaches and fifty minutes from the ski resorts of Aviemore and the Lecht. Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Nestled just off the high street in a quiet private garden. Walking distance to beautiful forests and biking trails. The River Spey is close too for a wild swim. Ideal spot for adventurers or rest! The Bothy has a wood burner to create a special romantic atmosphere or perhaps a solo restful retreat. The single day bed pulls out to create a double bed. There is a table to have meals at or work away from home. Lots of local delicious food & coffee spots to explore nearby.

Braeside Cottage, cosy 2 bedroom cottage.

Braeside Cottage, is located in the middle of our Estate.. A comfortable cottage offering a cosy sitting room with fireplace, Austrian Style dining corner and a fully equipped kitchen.Hot tub is there for you to relax and for private use. The bathroom with toilet is located downstairs, shower and separate bath. There is a surcharge of GBP 8 p.d. per pet (max of 2 pet). Upstairs are two bedrooms. Laundry service is available upon request if you stay longer than 5 nights.

Added later, the adjacent 200 year old cottage has been beautifully renovated and sits in a peaceful location within a 2 acre garden surrounded by open countryside. It’s perfectly situated as a base for exploring the highlands of Scotland, the fabulous beaches and places of interest around the Moray Firth, as well as being on the doorstep of the acclaimed Malt Whisky Trail. The Highland Capital of Inverness is only 20 minutes away.
