This delightful lower level of the building is completely self contained and located in the small town of Inverkeithing. It is nestled on the side of a hill with views to the East out over the town to farmland, the Firth of Forth and Edinburgh. The accommodation is adjacent to a small wooded area which is home to a family of deer! The comfortable house has a homely sitting room (fire is decorative only) well appointed kitchen/dining room, bathroom and 3 bedrooms. It has a small enclosed garden.

The entrance door, framed by stone walls, features a modern design with vertical blinds. A potted plant is positioned beside the door, adding a touch of greenery. Security lighting is mounted above the entrance, ensuring safety during evening hours.

This quaint and unique place is close to Dunfermline town centre, Pittencrieff Park and a short walk to both bus and train stations for access to Edinburgh etc. Dunfermline has many historical sites including an abbey. Our lovely flat is located in a listed building on Aberdour's Main Street. There is a 5 minute walk to the station and the village centre's pubs and shops, 5 minutes to the Fife Coastal Path and 10 minutes to the beach and harbour. Edinburgh City Centre is 30 minutes by train (airport 45 minutes). We have off street parking and are next door to a corner shop. The flat has free WiFi . There is a wood burning stove in the living room and the flat has been recently decorated in neutral tones.

A wide sandy beach is visible, framed by gently sloping hills in the background. The shoreline curves gracefully, with small groups of people enjoying the area. A clear blue sky and calm waters enhance the tranquil coastal setting.
