It is on the fourth floor with an elevator, its own parking, a swimming pool, and community gardens. Quality modern furniture with all amenities and fully equipped, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, oven and ceramic hob, microwave, coffee maker, etc. 600Mb WIFI You can hear the waves of the sea from the living room. We're sorry, but we can't accept youth groups.

Nice and large apartment in front of the Gandia's port and 10-15 minutes walking from Gandia beach. A cozy, newly renovated, spacious, quiet and bright apartment overlooking the port. It is the second floor of a building with only two apartments. It has 3 bedrooms with double beds, and a fourth as a living room. A bathroom, a kitchen and a dining room. Near the apartment there are supermarkets, bakeries, clothing stores... and the beach is a 5-minute walk away.

We are a couple with 2 children and bought this apartment in 2023 to enjoy as a family. We have completely renovated it and love spending days there relaxing and disconnecting. Next to the beach, with a pool in summer and all amenities just a short walk from the apartment. Fully equipped, with Wi-Fi, A/C, new appliances, fully stocked kitchen, towels, and sheets. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
