The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

Hikes, bike rides and Tennis courts on surrounding courts and halls. The nearest golf course is about 12 km away. Two reservoirs nearby invite you to swim and fish in summer. The apartment is only 5 minutes away from Lake Kronenburg and Kyllradweg (Europe's longest bike route). It has two bedrooms, one kitchen and one bathroom with bathtub & WC.
