This beautiful and unique mountain side modular home is brand new with million dollar views! This home has everything you need! New AC, large windows, two sliding glass doors, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, open concept living area and kitchen. Kid friendly, pet friendly, 420 friendly. Only an hour to the Great Sand Dunes National Park, 30-45 minutes to the hot springs, close to hiking trails, spiritual centers and only about 3 miles to downtown Crestone! Experience rural Colorado at it's finest!

Beautiful unique house with a taste of wilderness

This is a peaceful little getaway with a lot of options. The home is nestled in the trees right on the Willow Creek Greenbelt, with a trail, ancient trees, and babbling Willow creek. The greenbelt is accessed from the back of the lot. Amidst the beautiful juniper, piñon, and ponderosa pines on the lot are beautiful mountain views from the back yard and the house. It a perfect place to reconnect with nature. There is a steep staircase (with a sturdy hand rail) to the bedroom to be aware of.

Best features of this home would be the bright large kitchen/living area. The beautiful newly remodeled bathroom. Glow in the colors that shine throughout the earth Crete bottle window that is inspired by the famous Ryman Auditorium stained glass windows:) At night you can hear the creek with your bedroom window open. Enjoy the deck to sit in the sunshine or at night for serious stargazing 👽 In the day birds are all around the yard and the deer will walk right by. Plenty of parking

My place is close to Moffat - which is equal distance between Alamosa and Salida. It is the launch pad to the fun things to do out here in the middle of no-where. IE: Great Sand Dunes, hot springs, Hooper pool, UFO park, alligator park, etc!, parks. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, the people, the ambiance, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and furry friends (pets).
