Kleines Sommer-Gartenhäuschen mit großer Terrasse mitten im Grünen. Es ist eine Art Hotelzimmer am Wald. Das Besondere daran, eine Giebelwand ist komplett verglast. Es befindet sich im Garten der Villa Sunnyside, oberhalb von Schloß Pillnitz. Nicht richtig beheizbar daher nur im Sommer/Herbst buchbar! Bei Buchung im September/Oktober: Es gibt einen Ölradiator, so das es dennoch gut bewohnbar ist. Bitte warme Sachen und dicke Socken mitbringen und nur buchen wenn ihr nicht kälteempfindlich seid.

There is plenty to discover with us and we are a central starting point for excursions such as - Saxon Switzerland/ Bastei - City buildings - Zittauer Mountains and the city of Zittau - Bohemia and Bohemian Switzerland - Görlitz and much more Our accommodation is quiet, right on the Spree, in the center of the city. The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

An outdoor terrace features a round table set with a tablecloth, accompanied by two chairs and a large umbrella for shade. Lush green fields extend in the background, with distant hills visible under a clear blue sky.

Our friendly 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the house. It has a living room with dining area, a separate kitchen with full amenities, and a bathroom with shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. A children's travel bed is available and can be booked as needed. Another person can also find a place to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The smart TV with Magenta TV and RTL+ provides entertainment as well as books and games.

The room features two spacious twin beds, each with white linens, positioned adjacent to a wooden nightstand. A wall-mounted television is visible above the nightstand, with a closet providing additional storage space. The walls display a contemporary striped pattern in muted colors.

You are welcome to visit and use our garden with barbecue corner.
