There is tea and coffee making facilities in the room, access to a utility room with sink, toaster, fridge , toilet and washing machine. There is outdoor seating, private parking and room for bicycles.

You'll be charmed by this adorable place to stay , we're in the quiet area of Blackpool with good transport to all that Blackpool has to offer, we're very close to the North and Bispham beaches and the main area of the illuminations. We have a main shared kitchen on the ground floor and a 2nd shared kitchen on the 1st floor so it's perfect for a self catering holiday. We have a large shared south facing lounge on the ground floor and a front garden to relax in on those warmer days.

Our two Junior Suites with their own private parking spaces, external entrances and small fenced patio area with mountain views and are perfect when visiting Ambleside. Each suite has a seating area, large bedroom area with either a king size bed or two single beds (please advise on booking). The bathrooms are spacious and come with a lovely walk in shower. These suites are also dog friendly
