Cute old town one room flat - Port at only 100m

We bought this absolutely centrally located 25 sqm one room flat in 2016. It definitely was love at first sight :-) Its location in the pedestrian area is unique: the flat is less than 50m away from the bustling streets of Sanary's old town and yet very quiet, facing a lovely small square. We put lots of efforts and care into fully refurbishing the flat in 2020, to make it your perfect holiday pick, both functionally and emotionally. The flat could accomodate two adults plus one small child.

Restaurants, beach, shops are nearby you can spend your week without taking the car. You have a private garage to leave your vehicle without the worries and the cost of parking right next to the apartment and you can enjoy your holidays on foot, beaches, restaurants, idleness.
